Tis the season to diet

Summer is right around the corner, and although I'm not fat, I wanna tone up a bit before summer actually hits. When it's bikini weather, I wanna be happy with what I see.

Any of you have any tips as to how to stick to a diet and/or exercise program? What are some things that have helped you stick to either of those? And do you know any good exercises that help tone the stomach, thighs, and butt? I have DVDs that I workout to, but sometimes those get boring and I want new work outs to do. Maybe even ones that would be more effective.

If anyone can help, that would be kick ass. :) Thanks!
